This place suits me perfectly, offering free Wi-Fi, an excellent restaurant, and relaxing spa treatments. I fondly remember how staff helped me with sim cards during my first visit. I can't wait to return for Easter!

The highlight of our stay was the luxurious spa. We indulged in the vitality pool, complete with saunas and hot tubs that made us feel rejuvenated after a day of exploring.

While we enjoyed the amenities, we encountered some confusion regarding afternoon tea reservations, as the policy was not clearly communicated, which left us a bit disappointed.

My partner and I had a lovely stay at the Muckross Park Hotel. The historical charm and attention to detail. While the spa amenities could use an upgrade, the friendly staff and delicious breakfast more than made up for it. We can't wait to return!

Access to Torc Waterfall made for a scenic backdrop and gives a nice opportunity for nature walks. The inclusion of quality Rituals products in the bathroom adds a touch of luxury to the basic hotel experience.

The room felt dated, with peeling lampshades and an uncomfortable ridge formed by two single beds pushed together. The pool was freezing and one of the two indoor hot tubs was out of service. Limited availability at the spa hampered the experience, requiring bookings well in advance for any treatments or even for pool access, which felt unnecessary for a so-called luxury hotel. Staff responsiveness was lacking, with unanswered queries about spa bookings that left a frustrating impression. Additionally, the overall layout of the bathroom, squeezing a shower over the bathtub, did not live up to five-star expectations, and sound from the hallway and adjacent rooms could be quite distracting when trying to relax.

Staying here was a pleasure as I was just a quick walk across the street to explore the enchanting Killarney National Park, and I loved that it took me less than a mile to reach the stunning Muckross House through scenic paved trails, making my city strolls feel effortless and enjoyable.
